Products & Custom Orders

Stellito Riding Co. specializes in custom, made-to-measure equestrian boots and select premium products.

Due to the bespoke nature of these items:

• All custom orders are final sale

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted once an order has been placed with the manufacturer

• Each product is handcrafted, and slight variations in color, texture, and finish are natural and expected

Clients acknowledge that final fit and aesthetic preferences are based on measurements, selections, and personal fit preferences provided at the time of ordering.

Fittings & Measurements

Stellito offers personalized fittings at shows, barns, and private appointments.

By participating in a fitting, you agree that:

• Measurements are taken to the best of our ability using professional tools and manufacturer guidelines

• Final fit is influenced by individual preferences (tightness, break-in expectations, riding discipline, etc.)

• Minor fit adjustments may be part of the normal break-in process for custom boots

Stellito Riding Co. is not responsible for fit differences resulting from changes in body measurements after the fitting or personal fit preferences.

Deposits & Payment Terms

• A deposit or full payment is required to place any custom order

• Orders will not be submitted until payment is received

• Once submitted to the manufacturer, orders cannot be canceled or modified

• Any remaining balance (if applicable) must be paid prior to delivery or pickup

Lead Times & Delivery

Custom boots are made to order and require production time.

• Estimated lead times will be provided at the time of purchase

• Production timelines may vary and are subject to manufacturer schedules

• Stellito Riding Co. is not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer, shipping carriers, or circumstances outside of our control

Appointments & Cancellations

We value your time and ask that you respect ours.

• Please provide at least 24–48 hours notice for appointment cancellations or rescheduling

• Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations may limit future booking availability

• For travel or pop-up fittings, additional scheduling considerations may apply

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Stellito Riding Co. shall not be held liable for:

• Variations in product appearance due to handcrafted materials
